LEADERSHIP

In my freshman year, I participated in UPUA’s First Year Council to represent 8600+ first-year students at Penn State. I joined different committees, such as the Student Life Committee and the Justice & Equity Committee, to advocate for students.

At the end of my freshman year, I ran in the election and got voted in by all Penn State undergraduate students to serve as one of the twenty At-Large Representatives to act for 40,600+ undergraduates.

As an At-Large Representative, I created and voted on legislation and bills, and collaborated with members in different committees to improve Penn State student life. I attended the General Assembly weekly to hear from the students and discuss with all members of the assembly. We participated in various school-wide events such as homecoming and THON, while also tabling in the student center to spread information to students and encourage PSU Vote.
